Electronic devices built for use in North America are designed to operate on 110/120 volts. Foreign power sources are usually 220/240 volts. To use your electronic devices when traveling overseas, a Voltage Valet foreign electricity converter is necessary to change the voltage to match the requirements of your 110/120 volt North American device. The Model V100 is a grounded transformer for use with 110/240 volt electronic devices rated up to 100 watts maximum. It accepts North American grounded plugs and continues the ground to foreign outlets.
